Thank you for your interest in obtaining a donation from Eldorado Natural Spring Water. Please note that completion of this form is a request only and does not guarantee a donation. All requests must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

Water Calculation

We recommend 8oz per person. However this can vary due to the type of event.

Water

5 gallon bottle of spring water.
1/2 Liter Cases. 24 per case. For large events, please consider 5 gallon bottles.
1 Gallon Cases. 4 per case. For large events, please consider 5 gallon bottles.

Dispensers

Manual hand pump for 5 gallon bottle.
Room temperature dispenser for 5 gallon bottle with stand.
Cold dispenser for 5 gallon bottle (requires power).
Hot & Cold dispenser for 5 gallon bottle (requires power).

Cups

4oz Paper Cone Cups - 200 per sleeve. $6/200 cups. We do not donate cups.
7oz. Flat Bottom Plastic Cups – 100 per sleeve . $4/100 cups. We do not donate cups
